RM-1 Concrete repair mortar

One of the common problems of construction industry professionals is repairing concrete structures. This issue mainly arises during handling prefabricated concrete parts. These parts, which are mostly expensive, are damaged and chipped during transportation and handling or during installation.

Repairing various concrete structures such as pools, tanks, bridges, and industrial hall floors is one of the permanent problems of civil engineers.

RM-1 Repair mortar is cement-based with admixtures consistent with concrete making repairing the damages very easy.

RM-1 Repair mortar has good compressive and tensile strengths and extremely high adhesion and is easily applicable to any concrete surface, and makes an integrated layer with its underlying surface.

RM-1 Repair mortar is very supple, and it is as easy to work with it as to work with plaster. It may be applied with any thickness, and be formed as desired.

First, clean the surface such that there is no dust, loose fragments, grease, and other contaminants, then wash it with water. Mix RM-1 Repair mortar with water to provide a paste with the concentration you need.

To increase its adhesion and tensile strength, you may replace some of the required water with various types concrete glue
