To coat any concrete, wooden, metal surfaces, surfaces adjacent to medium chemicals, structures foundations, installation rooms and powerhouses, wet basements and any place needing a high resistant and durable coating.

• EC-1 Epoxy paint is suitable to apply on any interior and exterior metal, wooden and concrete surfaces. The color is highly durable against atmospheric conditions, scratch, abrasion, moisture and medium chemicals.
• EC-1 Epoxy paint is totally washable after drying and, due to its flexibility, is resistant to building surface deformations without any cracking and to impact. Moreover, it protects the foundation against water penetration and never flakes.
• The surface of EC-1 Epoxy paint’s final film is glassy, shiny and particularly beautiful.
• Appropriate temperature for application of EC-1 Epoxy paint is 15-35℃ and the pot life of the paint is one hour.
• Only mix the amounts could be used within the pot life.
• There must be at least six-hour time gap between two layers of painting

• Preparation of working surface:
  • The working surface must be dry and free from any contamination, grease and dust. It is recommended to sand-blast the surface before application of EC-1 Epoxy paint layer. Be sure to remove the dust resulted from sand-blasting before.
  • Since metal surfaces become rapidly rusted and corroded after sand-blasting, it is better to be coated by EC-1 Epoxy paint immediately after sand-blasting.
  • Paint preparation:
    • Pour the two components of EC-1 Epoxy paint in a container according to the proposed mix design and stir them with a low rpm stirrer (max. 200 rpm) for 1-2 minutes.
  • Apply the obtained paint on the surface by a spray gun with appropriate nuzzle. In very special conditions, use brush to apply the paint.
  • The amount of paint used depends on the foundation surface, however, it is averagely 80 gr/m².

• دماي مناسب براي كار با رنگ اپوكسي EC-1 بين 15 درجه سانتی گراد الي 35 درجه سانتی گراد و زمان مصرف رنگ آماده شده يك ساعت مي باشد.
• – در هر مرحله فقط مقداری از مواد آماده شود که پیش از سر آمدن عمر مصرف بتوان استفاد نمود .
• – بین دو لایه رنگ آمیزی حداقل 6 ساعت فاصله باید باشد .
• – وسایل کار را پس از پایان عملیات رنگ آمیزی با حلال مناسب شستشو دهید .
