Water stop
The water stop produced by this company is made of flexible PVC which is used for sealing expansion joints of concrete structures and is available with various sizes as follows:
- Type O: Sizes of 17, 20, 24, 30, 32 and 40 cm
- Type E: Sizes of 17, 20, 24, 30, 32 and 40 cm
- High pressure type with various sizes as ordered.
These water stops are placed in the predetermined locations during concreting and the joints are fully sealed as soon as the concrete set.
The water stops are designed in such a way that their installation is easily done by special fasteners. They may be easily welded by PVC welding method, as well. Heat Two ends of the water stops by a heat gun up to its plastic limit, then place one over the other and press them to attach.
The other method is the use of PU glue to stick two water stops. In this method, apply the PU glue on about 30 cm of each water stop and after their drying, warm them a little, then place them one over the other and press them to attach.
