Fully mix three units of the powder with one unit of the resin by a low rpm mixer to reach the intended workability. Use the mortar to apply the cover as follows.

– The underlying surface must be fully clean and free from any dust and oil or petroleum contaminant.

– Apply a layer of diluted resin to the surface by a spray gun or a brush (primer).

– After drying of the primer layer, apply a thin layer of the repair waterproof mortar to the surface.

– To apply a 2-3 mm thick layer, about 3 kg of SC-508 is needed per square meter.

• This material is not classified as hazardous and harmful to health and the environment; however, it must not be swallowed or be in contact with the eyes.
• In case of accidental contact with skin or eyes, immediately rinse it with plenty of water.In case of being swallowed, immediately visit a physician.

Since the applied layer is very thin, its curing and maintenance is critical. It is useful to keep the surface wet after the application is finished.
