Poolad-3 Grout
Regular grouts do not satisfy several mechanical requirements of the heavy projects such as steelworks, refineries, piers etc., therefore some grouts with specific composition and characteristics are formulated and produced for such cases.
Poolad-3 Grout is formulated and produced to address remarkably heavy works needing the compressive strength higher than 650 kg/cm2. In addition to all the positive properties of the company’s other grouts, it shows higher compressive strength than them.
Poolad-3 Grout is a non-contracting mortar with controlled expansion used to reinforce foundations of machinery and high-rise buildings which need bearing of extremely heavy load.
Poolad-3 Grout shows outstanding consistency and homogeneity and has high fluidity without any need to add water and quickly reaches high initial strength.
- This material is not classified as hazardous and harmful to health and the environment; however, it must not be swallowed or be in contact with the eyes.
- In case of accidental contact with skin or eyes, immediately rinse it with plenty of water.In case of being swallowed, immediately visit a physician.
- This material is not inflammable.
- The curing of applied grouting is of great importance, thus it should be protected by wet jute or concrete curing agents for 28 days.
- The applied grout must be kept wet during the first 7 days.
