CHS-1 Concrete hardener

CHS-1 Concrete hardener is produced based on various resins and mineral materials, such as silicon fluoride, chemically reacting with cement paste and making a hard surface. Hardening of concrete’s surface results in impermeability and consequently increases the resistance of concrete surfaces against infiltration of water, chemicals, and oils and protects them against these contaminants.

In addition to increasing abrasion resistance, CHS-1 Hardener makes concrete surfaces dustproof, and due to this, it has extensive applications in pharmaceutical and food industries or factories needing dustproof surfaces.

Category:
  • Food storage floors
  • Interior or exterior concrete surfaces
  • Health and education centers
  • Offices and residential buildings
  • Floors of storage and parking lots
  • Dustproofing concrete surface
  • Increasing resistance to infiltration of water, chemicals, and oils
  • Applicable on fresh and old concrete surface
  • No solvent evaporates during its application.
  • The tools used for its application may easily be cleaned by water.

CHS-1 is a ready-to-use solution that may be applied by a brush or a spray gun on old or fresh surfaces. The application of additional layers results in increased hardness of the concrete surface.

The surface should be clean, dry, and without any greasy, oily contaminants and dust.

  • This material is not classified as hazardous and harmful to health and the environment; however, it must not be swallowed or in contact with the eyes.
  • In case of accidental contact with skin or eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water. In case of being swallowed, immediately visit a physician.
  • The effect of CHS-1 is extremely fast, such that normal surfaces will be usable after 4-6 hours and heavy traffic surfaces after 24 hours. The amount of CHS-1 depends on the type of surface and concrete porosity. One liter of CHS-1 averagely covers a 3 to 10-m2 area.
