AA-1 Concrete accelerator

AA-1 concrete accelerator is produced based on active chemicals chemically reacting with cement accelerates concrete setting by speeding up cement’s hydration.

AA-1 concrete accelerator has no adverse effect on concrete and reduces setting time by at least one hour, according to ASTM C494.

  • Add AA-1 Accelerator to dry mix of cement and aggregate, mix for 3 minutes, then add water at the end.
  • Theamount of AA-1 used is about 0.1 to 1.5 weight percent of cement.
  • If a faster setting is required, use of AA-1 Concrete accelerator will be allowable up to 5 weight percent of cement.
  • This material is not classified as hazardous and harmful to health and the environment; however, it must not be swallowed or be in contact with the eyes.
  • In case of accidental contact with skin or eyes, immediately rinseit with plenty of water.In case of being swallowed, immediately visit a physician.
  • This material is not inflammable.
  • AS-1 Accelerator lacks Cl– and has no adverse effect on rebars.
