- VA-110 Concrete adhesive may be used for all amendments and repairing damages of most concrete structures such as water canals, industrial halls floors, runways, dams, bridge piers and columns.
VA-110 Concrete adhesive
VA-110 Concrete adhesive is produced based on acrylic resins which are totally waterproof and it may be easily mixed with the water used for making concrete. The ingredients of the adhesive are completely compatible with cement and considerably increases its adhesion.
- For thin layers (up to 10 mm), mix one measure of the concrete adhesive with one measure of water and use it to make mortar.
- Generally, the less the thickness of mortar, or the more the force applied on it, the more adhesive added to the mix. Before pasting the mortar, apply a layer of the mix to the surface below.
- This material is not classified as hazardous and harmful to health and the environment; however, it must not be swallowed or be in contact with the eyes.
- In case of accidental contact with skin or eyes, immediately rinse it with plenty of water.In case of being swallowed, immediately visit a physician.
- This material is not inflammable.
- VA-110 Concrete adhesive is totally water soluble. The minimum suitable working temperature for this adhesive is 10˚
- In thick mortars, application of thin layers is appropriate and recommended.
