Tiling powder adhesive

Tiling powder adhesive is cement-based, workability and adhesion of which is enhanced several times by addition of a vriety of adhesives and other chemicals.

Now, its major application is for amendment and restoration operations of buildings in which tiles and ceramics are installed without taking off the old base.

In modern construction carried out by using prefabricated parts (sandwich panel), use of tiling adhesive is very cost-saving.

The tiling adhesives of this company are produced and offered in various grades including pz200, pz100, Eurofix and Venus.

On one hand, easiness of working with this adhesive and its affordable price make it cost and time saving, and, on the other hand, its high adhesion results in reduction of the mortar used and consequently reduction of building load, in addition to enhancing its strength and consistency.

    • Mix two measures of the powder adhesive with 1-1.5 measure of water and wait for a while to let the supplementary agents combine and the adhesive takes form. Then, mix the adhesive again and in case of stiffening add a little more water and apply it to the surface by special combs, then place the tile and stick and level it by pressure.

    Minimum suitable temperature for working with this adhesive is 10˚C. The amount of adhesive use is directly proportionate to the working base, however, it is around 3-4 kg/m2

  • The adhesives are completely waterproof their use is allowable even for tiling pool ceramics.
