PU-100 Solvent resistant mastic (cold)

PU-100 Solvent resistant mastic is a one component material based on polyurethane. PU-100 is applicable as a cold paste and shows outstanding adhesion to various types of surfaces and is resistant to a variety of chemical solvents (acids and alkalis) and high voltage electricity.

PU-1 Mastic is according to ASTM D1855 and D1854.

PU-100 Mastic as a one component material is packaged in aluminum foils as tubes and injected into the expansion joints using an injection gun. The tube volume is 600 ml and its weight is 720 gr

The working surface must be totally clean and free from dust, grease and oil contaminants. Remove the remaining concretes from concreting operation and any loose fragments from the surface.

The mastic’s pot life is about 2 hours after unpacking
