JF-100 Seam sealer mastic (cold)

JF-100 Mastic is a one component compound containing bitumen and polymer which is used to fill concrete’s expansion and construction joints and has reasonable chemical and mechanical resistance and very good adhesion to various surfaces. The mastic is highly resistant to atmospheric conditions and naturally keeps its elastic state.

JF-100 Seam sealer mastic is applicable as a cold material and shows a desirable resistance to chemical solvents and petroleum extracts.

JF-100 mastic is produced and offered based on ASTM D1855.

The surface must be fully dry and clean and free from any dust, grease or loose and unstable particles.

Pour the JF-100 mastic into the joints using a spatula or pump and continue till the joint fills. In case of stiffening, heat it by a hot water bath of 60- 80 ℃ till reached the regarded workability.

  • – To obtain a suitable adhesion, the proportion of joint’s depth to width should be greater than 1.- Avoid direct heating
