CPC-1 Concrete protective coating

CPC-1 Concrete protective coating is a one component material with excellent protective capability for concrete and metal surfaces which is produced based on tar, solvent and resin. The material has high adhesion to concrete and metal surfaces. CPC-1 Concrete protective coating may be used to protect outdoor surfaces or the structures set in water or soil.

Category:

CPC-1 is used to protect the surfaces of concrete and metal structures in extreme atmospheric conditions and wet lands containing corrosive salts. The followings are some examples of these structures: potable water tanks, concrete and metal storage silos, concrete tanks, concrete and metal pipes as well as coastal structures in the north and the south of Iran.

– Ready to use, phenol-free, suitable for potable water tanks

– High coating capability

– Relatively rapid drying

– Resistant to brine, acids, alkalis, vapor and gases resulted from burning

– Spray capability on surfaces

– Does not flake and break.

First apply a layer of CPC-1 as primer and, after its complete drying, apply 1-3 additional layers over it. The coating may be applied by a brush or a spray gun. Drying time is about 12 hours in dry weather.

Amount of use:

Concrete surfaces: 300-500 gr/m2

Metal surfaces: 200-400 gr/m2

Avoid direct heating.

Do not use in a closed space and be sure to have a good ventilation in the application place. In case of stiffening due to the cold weather, first warm it by placing in a location with appropriate temperature then use it.
