AS-1 Accelerator

AS-1 Accelerator is resin-based which, in addition to accelerating property, has high plasticizing capability and, in contrast to conventional accelerators, its functional mechanism is not based on the thermal socking of concrete. Hence it also increases the ultimate concrete strength up to 20%.

AS-1 Accelerator is produced according to ASTM C494 Type C.

  • Add AS-1 Accelerator to the mix water and mix for 2 minutes, then add aggregates and cement at the end.
  • High proportions of water/cement (more than 50%) may reduce the water used to about 40%.
  • This material is not classified as hazardous and harmful to health and the environment; however, it must not be swallowed or be in contact with the eyes.
  • In case of accidental contact with skin or eyes, immediately rinseit with plenty of water.In case of being swallowed, immediately visit a physician.
  • This material is not inflammable.
  • AS-1 Accelerator lacks Cl–.
