The product may be used to stick stones, heavy ceramics, mosaics and metal parts to concrete and metal surfaces, facades and generally to any industrial surface. ER-1 Epoxy adhesive is extensively used as a paste for planting reinforcement bars in buildings and industrial structures. Its another application is sticking special parts with different ingredients and chemical resistance.

• High adhesion to various surfaces
• Good chemical resistance to a broad spectrum of acids, alkalis and solvents
• Reasonable workability and high mechanical strength.

الف) آماده سازی سطح کار:

• سطح زیر کار کاملاً تمیز و عاری از هرگونه چربی، روغن، رنگ و قطعات سست و لق بوده و با وسیله مناسب مانند برس سیمی یا سندبلاست مضرس شده و قبل از اعمال چسب اپوکسی کاملاً تمیز و خشک می­گردد.

ب) نسبت اختلاط(وزنی):

• جزءA : 100                   جزء  B : 20                  جزء C : 2200

ج) آماده سازی مواد:

• چسب اپوکسیER-1 را می­توان به دوصورت خالص و یا با فیلر مصرف نمود. مقدار مناسب هاردنر را طبق نسبت اختلاط ارائه شده به رزین اپوکسی اضافه و به وسیله همزن برقی دور پائین به مدت 1 دقیقه هم بزنید تا کاملاً مخلوط شود. فیلر متناسب با روانی مورد نیاز و نوع کار به این مخلوط اضافه کرده و عمل اختلاط را ادامه دهید تا کلیه ذرات فیلر به رزین آغشته گردد. بلافاصله پس از مخلوط شدن کاملاً تخلیه و در جای میلگرد و یا پشت سنگ، موزائیک و یا قطعات فلزی و بتنی ریخته و پخش نمائید.

• a) Preparation of working surface:

• The working surface must be totally clean and free from any grease, oil, paint and loose fragments and indented by a proper tool such as steel brush or sand blasting and totally dry and clean before application of the epoxy adhesive.

• b) Mix proportion (weight):

• Component A: 100, Component B: 20, Component C: 200

• c) Preparation of materials:

• ER-1 Epoxy adhesive may be used unmixed or together with the filler. Add the appropriate amount of hardener to resin epoxy, according to the mix proportion provided, and mix for 1 minute by a low rpm electrical mixer. Add the filler to the mix proportionate to the required plasticity and the work type and continue mixing till all filler particles are soaked by resin. Pour the mix in reinforcement bar location or behind stone, mosaic or metal and concrete parts immediately after mixing and distribute it.

• These materials should be prepared exactly equal to the amount that could be used. The minimum temperature of the materials and the working surface is 5℃ and the maximum temperature is 40℃.
• Prevent from the material’s contact with skin. In case of contact with skin, clean it by petroleum solvents and wash by water and soap after drying it with a clean cloth.
