Concreting by pumping in extremely reinforced structures, the foundation for machinery, ceilings, columns, and prefabricated concrete parts, and generally, the use of a variety of superplasticizers for any concreting operation is advisable and improves concrete’s properties.
MS-1 Superplasticizer
فوق روان كننده MS–1 توليدي اين شركت بر پايه ملامين سولفونيت است كه به دو صورت پودر و مايع توليد و ارائه شده و داراي عملكرد مناسبي در افزايش كيفيت بتن مي باشد.اين موادجذب سطح ذرات سيمان شده وبه آنها بار منفي مي دهد كه اين امر باعث ايجاد نيروي دافعه بين ذرات و پخـش يكنواخت آنها در داخل بتن مي شود. خصوصيت فوق باعث پراكندگي و يكنواختي سيمان و افزايش رواني بتن شده و به همين خاطر ميتوان آب مصرفي طرح اختلاط را كاهش داد.
فوق روان كننده مطابق با استاندارد ASTM C- 494 Type F تولید میگردد.

MS-1 Superplasticizer is based on sulfonated melamine produced and offered in two forms, powder and liquid, which has a good performance for quality enhancement of concrete. The material is absorbed by cement particles’ surfaces and gives them a negative load causing a repulsion force between the particles and their uniform distribution in the concrete. This property results in concrete’s consistency and enhancement of its plasticity; therefore, the mix design water may reduce.
MS-1 Superplasticizer is produced according to ASTM C494 Type F.
